    Excellent staff who are very attentive to guests. Very good pick-up service from Christchurch Airport. Large, well laid out and well equipped rooms. Good restaurant. Altogether a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay.

    Fantastic high quality hotel. We arrived late on New Years Eve and the staff were more than happy to keep the restaurant open and look after our needs. Great pool facilities and our upgrade to a double double business room made the stay!

    The rooms were fashionable and tidy with very comfortable beds, outside access, for instance, no complains at all. The breakfast was good hot and gorgeous and the outdoor bar was a plus. The staff was efficient with local information. Location: the hotel was just off shops, restaurants and cable car, the restaurant which was both reasonably priced, great food and a prompt service, and airport and convenience for early flight.

    All staff were very helpful and the room was very good for the price that was paid. Breakfast was great in the restaurant and the room service meal was value for money. Ken the cat was a bonus. Would definitely stay again if we are on the Sth Island. Hope everyone was ok after the earthquake including Ken of course.

    Just a reliable pick for a lightning stop in Christchurch with good value. The staff was super friendly, especially Elliot who took us to the Antarctica exhibition. Make sure to enjoy the pool while you're there.

    The staff and facilities were fantastic.It felt like they were happy to see us and were more than happy to do anything to please.If I visit Christchurch again I would not hesitate to stay here again.They pick you up and drop you off at the airport as well.

    The Premium King Room with Garden View was really spacious and had a gorgeous view. The bed was super comfy, and I loved the clean, well-maintained bathroom. Coffee in the room was a nice touch. It was like a cozy oasis from the busy world outside.

    The complimentary airport shuttle made getting to and from the airport easy. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed that helped me sleep well. Staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. I enjoyed a delicious meal at the hotel restaurant, where the service was prompt and the food was great. There were a couple of downsides. The bathroom arrangements weren't convenient for two people getting ready at the same time with a bit of awkwardness. The spa was lukewarm, disappointing after a long day.
